  • Darling Harbour, NSW

The Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, completed in 1988 and closed in 2013 to undergo demolition and revitalisation, was Australia’s first fully integrated convention, exhibition and entertainment precinct. In September 2006, Ichor were appointed by the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority to refurbish and upgrade several areas in the centre including the Bayside Lounge, the Business Centre, water feature and other exhibition and operational spaces. Works undertaken included demolition, AV installations, hoarding, refurbishment of amenities, restaurant and commercial kitchen, fit out of administrative spaces, construction of water feature and other general fitout works throughout.
