Ken Demlakian, Chief Executive Officer, Demlakian Strata & Remedial , Ku-ring-gai Fitness & Aquatic Centre

'Demlakian were engaged as the Principal Structural / Civil Engineer on Design and Construct of the Ku-ring-gai Fitness and Aquatic Centre Projects. Demlakian were invited by Ichor to be part of the consultant team from tender to completion. Throughout the design process on both projects Ichor were both efficient, transparent and proved to be a technically skillful builder. During the construction phase of these challenging structural projects, Ichor proved themselves to be a proactive builder who took pride in providing solutions to technically difficult tasks to the betterment of the client, the contractor and the project. I would have no hesitation in recommending or working with Ichor in the future.'
